BYOB I - 6 apartments
#1
Shocked
Hello everyone! This is the first part of a project I started last weekend just for fun.
I named it BYOB = Build Your Own Block and it consists of urban style apartment houses.
The first one has six apartments, with space for two cars in the alley:

Floorplan:

(House comes unfurnished, only hallway lighting is provided.)

size: 3x2

price: §57,870

EP required: Nightlife

(some walls and one floor are from Uni but it will still work for you without, missing walls and floors will be replaced)

CC: None! Nada!
I have two versions for you, one with sunny front, one with the sun at the back.
(Hint: The sunnyfront versions are capable of street parkings doing the driveway twist! -> tutorial section)

As the name indicates, I want YOU to make this your own block: change the walls, floors, doors, windows... everything just as you like. I give you just the base to get creative yourself. Smile
But well, that base turned out pretty nice, will still look great if you just drop it in your hood!
Anyway, here's some inspiration:

Great for custom driveway looks and essential for street parking.

lockable doors, e.g. by Simlogical http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims2Pages/Sims2_Doors.htm
To prevent your neighbours from using your bathroom and eating from your fridge. Wink

Thanks to MaryLou for her custom thumbnail tutorial!

The difference is the direction of sun. The first pic shows the sunny front version, the second is sunny back. The sunny front has the back side in shadows and vice versa, go to BYOB II thread to see a shadowed side.
I'll make a note under the 1st pic, maybe then it's clearer.
