(some walls and one floor are from Uni but it will still work for you without, missing walls and floors will be replaced)

As the name indicates, I want YOU to make this your own block: change the walls, floors, doors, windows... everything just as you like. I give you just the base to get creative yourself.
But well, that base turned out pretty nice, will still look great if you just drop it in your hood!
