EA's last stuff pack maybe? there isn't  an official announcement yet, but there are rumors around and it will be called "mansion and garden stuff pack"

if you look at one of the screen shots through the window you can see curved stairs, those would be sweet

I'd say that definately looks like a new style of stairs. But then, you can't have a mansion without a "Grand Staircase" which includes curving stairs, right? This one looks pretty cool.
